I am in EMA myself with similar bonuses (110/120 A/D) and I find reasonable success lossless with auto resolve using 8 catapults is the enemy has 6+ heavy units and 2 Champions 6 rouges most other fights. I usually end auto resolves with some units on 1 health but they rarely die. .
