I do think the 5D Mark IV is one of the best cameras ever and I loved using it. For years, people on DPReview told me I should upgrade to ML. First it was Sony, then the EOS R, then the EOS R5. Finally, two years after the R5 came out, I upgraded. And in many ways, I still prefer the 5D Mark IV.

Unless you are a working photojournalist or sports shooter who really needs the 1D flagship bodies, the 5D IV is hard to beat.
